Shipping and Returns
Orders usually leave our warehouse near Vienna Austria within 1 business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances and holidays an order will take an extra day to ship. If there is an unexpected delay with a shipment we will notify you via email.
We ship throughout the EU using DHL. Tracking numbers are provided.
We do ship internationally using DHL. Please note that for any order shipped outside of the EU you may be responsible for international customs and brokerage fees. The Maca Team is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering if you have any concerns.
DAMAGES & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since we sell the highest quality Maca products available, we rarely have any problems. But if your product is damaged or defective in some way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a replacement or refund. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get it replaced immediately.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Un-opened products in good condition may be returned upon approval of our office. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get approval for the return. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
