Shipping and Returns

GENERAL SHIPPING

Orders usually leave our warehouse in Tennessee, USA within 1 business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances and holidays an order will take an extra day to ship. If there is an unexpected delay with a shipment we will notify you via email.

E.U. SHIPPING

We ship throughout the EU using FedEx International Mail Service. Tracking numbers are provided.  Standard delivery is 10-14 business days.

Free Shipping is available on orders above 60 Euro.

Please note: Customs are not included  in the shipment.   We take every effort to minimize the chances that you will need to pay customs, but your country may charge you customs fees. You will have to pay those fees if they do to retrieve your package.  The Maca Team is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package.  Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering if you have any concerns.

DAMAGES & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since we sell the highest quality Maca products available, we rarely have any problems. But if your product is damaged or defective in some way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a replacement or refund. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get it replaced immediately.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Un-opened products in good condition may be returned upon approval of our office. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to get approval for the return. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
